through the Property Inspection process will be protected and considered confidential
and will not be released. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone
number or address be sold to, or given to any other parties.
Any fax received at ACE
INSPECTORS is automatically encrypted as a password protected pdf file.
This encrypted pdf file is emailed as an attachment to be saved as secure
data. No paper copy of the fax is available to human eyes. This way any financial
information required for the purchase of the Property Inspection sent by fax
is fully protected.
Real estate agents requesting a copy of the
Property Inspection Final Report will need
the approval of the ACE INSPECTORS customer. Seller,
buyers or anyone representing the other side of the business transaction will
not be given access to the report information unless cleared by the
ACE INSPECTORS customer.
Summation:
The ACE INSPECTORS customer information will be
protected and considered confidential and will not be released. The
Property Inspection Final Report data will not be released to anyone without
the permission of the ACE INSPECTORS customer.
